Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

It is with hearts full of joy and gratitude that we introduce ourselves to you. I am Pastor Mark Evans, and alongside my beautiful wife, First Lady Tamara Evans, and our loving family, we are honored to serve as spiritual leaders of Jonahville African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.

We are thrilled to welcome you to this vibrant community of believers, affectionately known as The Ville. As a family of faith, we are committed to pursuing a Kingdom Agenda—a divine mission centered on discipleship, worship, and fellowship. Together, we seek to glorify God, build His Kingdom, and nurture one another in His love.

God is moving mightily among us, and we are dedicated to creating spaces where every individual can grow in their faith, discover their purpose, and find their place in His Kingdom. Whether it’s through powerful worship services, dynamic Bible studies, or impactful outreach ministries, there is a place for you here.

Our church is blessed with ministries designed to meet the spiritual, emotional, and practical needs of our community. From youth programs to community outreach, from worship arts to small group fellowships, there is a ministry for everyone—and your support and participation are vital to their success. Together, we can achieve extraordinary things for His glory.
